Problem: For some 3D contour plots when the colormap set to Wild continuous flooding looks more like fractals whether the colormap is reversed or not.
Solution: The Wild colormap is not appropriate to use with continuous flooding. If you set the contour levels to a higher value such as 400 and set flooding to Banded you will see how the coloring is changing dramatically across each cell. This will cause the discontinuous appearance with continuous flooding.
