Problem: I tried to export an EPS image on my Macintosh platform and could not set the Resolution (dpi) because that control and others in the EPS Export dialog were grayed out. I could not change the image width or antialiasing factor when exporting a raster image (PNG JPG etc). What is wrong?
Solution: This is a bug in the 2009 Release 1 version of Tecplot 360 and Tecplot Focus which has been fixed. Please update your Tecplot 360 or Tecplot Focus to a newer version. You can download newer versions from www.tecplot.com/downloads/software-downloads/. If you have any questions, please contact technical support.
