Problem: I tried to export an image from Tecplot and found that some of the controls in the Export dialog did not work. I could not change the Image width or supersample value or when exporting in EPS or PS the Resolution (dpi). How can I get the image quality I need?
Solution: This is a bug in Tecplot that affects 360 2009 Focus 2009 and RS 2009 R2. It only occurs on Linux Unix and Macintosh platforms and is described in this posting on our Tecplot Talk site:http://www.tecplottalk.com/viewtopic.php?t=591In short some of the controls in the Export dialog were locked such as the Image resolution value for EPS files or Width or Supersample values for JPEG files. Code changes had made these fields not changeable by the user.
