Problem: I am unable to return my borrowed license to the Reprise License Manager (RLM). What can I do to return that license to RLM?
Solution: Delete a file called “teclmd&360&12.9&0&0&ANY” and then shut down and restart the server. The platform-specific instructions are below:
For Windows platforms look for “teclmd&360&12.9&0&0&ANY” in these locations:
Windows Vista: C:ProgramDataRepriseteclmd&360&12.9&0&0&ANYWindows
XP: C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataRepriseteclmd&360&12.9&0&0&ANY
Once it is deleted shut down and restart RLM in the browser-based administration page.
For Linux/Unix platforms look for “teclmd&360&12.9&0&0&ANY” in this location:
/var/tmp/teclmd&360&12.9&0&0&ANY
After deleting the file, shut down and restart RLM by using either the “setuplic” script or the browser-based administration page.
