Software Maintenance Service (SMS)
SMS subscriptions include 12 months of Tecplot Technical Support for installation and use of the licenses to which the subscriptions are attached. A one year subscription is included with every new Tecplot license and can be renewed annually.
Our support team can offer you solutions, in addition to troubleshooting, for workflow issues specific to your workplace, guide you through a variety of time-saving techniques, and help you develop and use add-ons, macros and more. Our comprehensive technical support includes:

SMS Renewal
Annually renewing your Software Maintenance Service subscription extends the initial 12 month subscription for an additional 12 months. Please contact us to renew your Software Maintenance Service subscription well in advance of the SMS expiration date. The SMS Renewal fee is listed in the product price list on each product page.
Reinstatement
Tecplot licenses not covered under a current SMS subscription require a reinstatement fee. The reinstatement fees are published in the product price list on each product page.
