CoventorWare is a fully integrated MEMS design environment comprising four bundles that that will take a MEMS design from concept though creation for files used for circuit mask generation. It performs FEM/BEM analysis whose results are displayed using an integrated version of the TecPlot visualization engine. The two bundles that use Tecplot are:
CoventorWare ANALYZERTM – for MEMS-specific multiphysics and in-depth numerical analysis using FEM (Finite Element Modeling), BEM (Boundary Element Modeling) and more.
CoventorWare INTEGRATORTM – for extracting MEMS reduced-order models that include the physical effects (stiffness, damping, and inertia) found in most dynamic systems.

TileFlow uses Tecplot as its post-processor.
